Last Friday the first of 3 of our students that will finish their studies in 2018, graduated: Rose Mirlande Dupaliste recieved her certifcate and she is now a master of decoration and patisserie. Her examination project that she shows us on the picture to the left, demonstrates what this means. 
We want to congratulate Rose Mirlande with her certificates, both of
which show her talents as a master cuisinier: she finished the basic
course as well as the specialization part, to become a master decorator,
with the
qualification "very good". 
How well deserved these qualifications are
we can easily see when we look at the picture of her masterpiece! We only regret that we
are not there to taste it.We hope this will help Rose Mirlande to build up a future in which she can make a living as a chef!
